Why did you get into photography?

The short answer is because I love photography and life’s too short to NOT do something you love!
I had to learn this lesson the hard way. I always wanted to do it but always found excuses why I couldn’t. However, in April of 2012, my wife was diagnosed with a very rare form kidney disease. She battled it for a year and a half before finally losing her kidneys and starting dialysis. There were several times were she was hospitalized for weeks at a time and we didn’t know if she would ever make it out of the hospital. On November 24th, 2014 her brother gave her one of his kidneys and with that act of kindness, gave her a new chance at life.  Check out the surgery day here!
That’s when I realized that life was too short to not do something you really love. I’ve made it my personal goal to capture your happiest moments so you and your family can always look back at some of your best times. I want to create memories you can share with loved ones for many years to come.
